Adrianne is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who provides both medication management and therapy services, integrating a holistic, wellness-focused approach to mental health care. She works with individuals ages 6 and up, blending medical expertise with compassionate support to address the full spectrum of mind–body well-being.
Specializing in psychedelic-assisted therapy, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Adrianne offers evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex emotional challenges. Her work is rooted in creating a safe, supportive environment where each client’s journey is honored and treatment plans are thoughtfully tailored to promote lasting emotional and psychological wellness.
Adrianne Says…
“When you work with me, you can expect care that is direct, thoughtful, and grounded in real human connection. My energy is warm and collaborative — I’ll sit with you through hard emotions, help you make sense of what’s happening inside you, and support you without rushing your process. Clients often tell me I “get it” quickly, reflect things back in a way that finally makes sense, and help them connect dots they’ve never been able to articulate before.
I practice from a whole-person, integrative lens. I combine psychotherapy with medication management when it’s helpful, using evidence-based approaches that are tailored to each person, because no two nervous systems are the same. My approach is collaborative — we work with your goals, your pace, and your values. I view medication, when used, as just one part of a larger healing process. I’m also trained in innovative treatments such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, which can open new pathways when people feel stuck.
I do this work because I have seen how powerful it can be when people recognize that their patterns were built for survival and that they’re allowed to outgrow them. My guiding principles are compassion, clarity, and curiosity. I want my clients to feel empowered, understood, and supported.”
If you’re looking for a practitioner who is direct, deeply present, and interested in your whole story — not just your symptoms — I’d love to work with you.
Adrianne's Modalities
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a supportive process that helps individuals understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through guided conversation, it builds insight, coping skills, and lasting positive change.
Medication Management
Medication management supports mental health treatment through careful evaluation and ongoing oversight. It helps ensure medications are used safely and effectively as part of a comprehensive care plan.
Integrative & Holistic Mental Health
Integrative and holistic approaches address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. They support balanced healing by combining multiple modalities tailored to individual needs.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy combines therapeutic support with ketamine to promote emotional healing and insight. It can help reduce symptoms and support meaningful change when integrated into a structured treatment plan.
Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy
Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy combines guided therapeutic support with psychedelic medicine to facilitate deep insight and healing. It helps individuals process trauma, shift patterns, and support lasting psychological change.
Mind-Body Approaches
Mind-body approaches emphasize the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health. They support healing and resilience by promoting awareness, regulation, and balance.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Trauma-informed therapy recognizes the impact of trauma and prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment. It supports healing through compassionate, respectful, and collaborative practices.
Nervous System Regulation
Nervous system regulation focuses on restoring balance to the body’s stress response. It supports calm, resilience, and improved emotional and physical well-being.
